Occupy, Digital Activism and Social Hacking

On the NetSquared blog, Alicja Pezkowska of our Warsaw-based team, Fundacja TechSoup, has been watching the Occupy/Indignantes/M-15 movement spread worldwide and has taken a critical look at the role of social media in the spread of these closely related global phenomena. Here is a sample of her observations:

In this new digital language, activism is defined as social hacking.
