TechSoup Brazil, a collaborative effort of Associação Telecentro de Informação e Negócios (ATN) and TechSoup Global, was launched with TechSoup Global in 2009. Many nonprofit organizations serve the needs of low income, underserved populations and create a positive social change. ATN believes that these organizations can have even greater impact through the appropriate use of technology. ATN provides these organisations with assistance in identifying and acquring their techonology needs.  

Major programs:

• Telecentre.org Brazilian National Academy: e-learning courses on managing telecentres
• Microsoft Partnership: providing software and computer classes at telecenters
